Plan your staff, projects, and work breakdown structures with GoMeddo. This package allows you to track time spent on projects and perform calculations based on your planning. It calculates your utilization and revenue by considering both your planning and recorded timeworking hours. Additionally, GoMeddo enables you to track your staff's availability, making it easier to optimize their time.
Your project calendar Project Calendar will contain all projects with their work breakdown structures (e.g. the project divided in phases/rates). Staff can represent any kind of staff, and can be assigned to reservations (time assigned to projects) based on their availability and the available hours left in a project.

Follow the installation steps and permission set assignment of the GoMeddo Demo kit here.

After installation, go to the GoMeddo Demo Kit app and perform the post-install steps (such as assign a permission set).
Click Deploy under Professional Services > Project Management
The deployment should take about a minute. You can now navigate to the GoMeddo Project Management Demo app. Here you will find a Project calendar, some sample projects, a timesheet form to write time where you are able to load the planning to your timesheet. Staff can be assigned to reservations and work to be performed, based on their availability.
