Use case description
Schedule your patients into consultations, operations and recovery. Each of these reservation types will have their specific rooms, as well as medical equipment. At the same time, track your doctors and other medical staff availability to make the most of Plan your staff, projects, and work breakdown structures with GoMeddo. This package allows you to track time spent on projects and perform calculations based on your planning. It calculates your utilization and revenue by considering both your planning and recorded time. Additionally, GoMeddo enables you to track your staff's availability, making it easier to optimize their time.
Your resource project calendar will contain two hospitals: one in Amsterdam and one in London. Both hospitals have consultation and operating rooms, as well as recovery rooms with beds. Medical equipment is available as services in each resourceall projects with their work breakdown structures (e.g. the project divided in phases/rates). Staff can represent any kind of medical staff, and can be assigned to reservations based on their availability and the available hours left in a project.

How to use
After installation, go to the GoMeddo Demo Kit app and perform the post-install steps (such as assign a permission set).
Click Deploy under Healthcare > Hospital Bookings Professional Services > Project Management
The deployment should take about a minute. Your resource calendar will contain two hospitals: one in Amsterdam and one in London. Both hospitals have consultation and operating rooms, as well as recovery rooms with beds. Medical equipment is available as services in each resource. Staff can represent any kind of medical staff, and can be assigned to reservations You can now navigate to the GoMeddo Project Management Demo app. Here you will find a Project calendar, some sample projects, a timesheet form to write time where you are able to load the planning to your timesheet. Staff can be assigned to reservations and work to be performed, based on their availability.
