Navigate to the following page https://login.cm.com/ and login with your CM account.
Click on “My Channels” and navigate to the WhatsApp Business account you want to connect to Social25.
Scroll down to “Incoming Messages” and click on “Add destination”.
Select “Webhook”
Select content type “JSON”
Enter the messages webhook URL that was provided by the Social25 team./
Click on “Save”
Now you will need to configure status report updates.
Click on “Gateway” you will find this in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Enable “I want to receive message status reports”
Select the “POST JSON” method.
Fill in the HTTP Endpoint with the status update webhook URL that was provided by the Social25 team.
You’re now ready to start sending messages.
Templates (HSM)
If you’re going to sent templated messages make sure to request them via your CM account. More information on how you can do this can be found here: https://www.cm.com/help/4619/how-do-i-create-a-whatsapp-message-template.
After you’ve created the HSM template you will need to share the WhatsApp template Namespace with the Social25 team. Once they have configured the namespace you’re ready to send HSM messages. Make sure you create your template mappings HSM templates.
