During your account creation with Tyntec, you have specified which phone number(s) you want to use for which countries. If you navigate to the SMS page (https://my.tyntec.com/products/sms) you should see a Receive and Send message direction gateway.

Navigate to the following page: https://my.tyntec.com/api-settings
Send the Social25 team (support@gen25.com) the following data:
Name (first column)
API key (second column, press show)
All the phone number(s) in E.164 format onboarded on this channel
To send this data secure to us you can use https://cryptex.gen25.com.

Webhooks
To make sure that inbound SMS messages arrive with Social25 and in Salesforce as well we need to configure a webhook. This can be done via the API settings page (https://my.tyntec.com/api-settings).
Click on “Webhooks”.
Select the API key you would like to configure a webhook for.
Select the value “POST” under method and fill in the “Webhook URL” that was provided by the Social25 team.

Onboarding
To start using Google Business Messages we will enroll you for this with Google, to do this we will need:
Company name as registered in Google
Logo (SVG or as high resolution as possible)
Please share this information with the Social25 team. We will in turn share this with Google and they will send you an email on the e-mail address you’ve used to share the details with us. You will receive two emails from bm-support@google.com. The first email will look something like this:
Please approve <YourBusinessName> brand use for Business Messages
Hi <FirstName> <LastName>,
<CompanyName> has requested permission to send messages on behalf of <YourBusinessName> with Business Messages. When these messages are received by a user whose device supports Business Messages, they will appear along with the following business information:
- Name: <YourBusinessName>
- Logo: <LogoUrl>
- AgentId: <AgentId>
Your approval is required in order to:
1. Validate the correctness of the information above.
2. Confirm that <CompanyName> has the right to send messages that represent your brand.
To grant your approval, respond with the following and append the security key which you will receive from bm-support@google.com in a separate email: “I, [name of brand employee] and [title of employee], grant [messaging_partner_name] the right to send Business Messages using the information specified in this email. Security key: [Google-provided security key from separate email]”
