Create a dimension or reservation filter
Based on the permissions you have, you are able to create filters on both the dimension and the reservations. Create filters is a similar experience to creating filters in the Salesforce report builder.
First of use the toggles in the top-left corner to open the dimension (left-icon) or reservation filter (right).
Your filter options will appear from the left side of the screen, see the example of the Dimension Filter below. You will find a number of buttons here. Add Filter allows you to select a field on the resource and filter based on a specified value (e.g. in the Sample you see “Resource Name” equals “Meeting Room 1”). With the Add Filter Group button you can combine various filters Using “Any Condition is Met” or “All Conditions Are Met”. You can save a filter by pressing the name button and specifying a name, for you to later reuse this filter in the Selected Filter dropdown.
