At the moment Google Business Messages can be used via a broker.

Onboarding

To start using Google Business Messages we will enroll you for this with Google, to do this we will need:

  • Company name as registered in Google

  • Logo (SVG or as high resolution as possible)

Please share this information with the Social25 team. We will in turn share this with Google and they will send you an email on the e-mail address you’ve used to share the details with us. You will receive two emails from bm-support@google.com. The first email will look something like this:

Please approve <YourBusinessName> brand use for Business Messages

Hi <FirstName> <LastName>,

<CompanyName> has requested permission to send messages on behalf of <YourBusinessName> with Business Messages. When these messages are received by a user whose device supports Business Messages, they will appear along with the following business information:

- Name: <YourBusinessName>

- Logo: <LogoUrl>

- AgentId: <AgentId>

Your approval is required in order to:

1. Validate the correctness of the information above.

2. Confirm that <CompanyName> has the right to send messages that represent your brand.

To grant your approval, respond with the following and append the security key which you will receive from bm-support@google.com in a separate email: “I, [name of brand employee] and [title of employee], grant [messaging_partner_name] the right to send Business Messages using the information specified in this email. Security key: [Google-provided security key from separate email]”

If you have any questions, contact us by replying to this email or reach out to <CompanyName> at <Email>.

Regards,
Business Messages

In an additional email that will look like this you will receive the security code:
