What is the difference between the two partnering types?

Reseller agreement

Under a reseller agreement, you assume responsibility for the customer. We sell the licenses to you, allowing you to resell them to the customer and retain the margin for yourself. This agreement is particularly beneficial when you have multiple prospective customers who may be interested in utilising GoMeddo. It enables closer collaboration with our partner team, facilitating joint efforts in ensuring customer success, implementation support, and sales support.

Referral agreement

Through a referral agreement, you can direct customers to our platform, we will sell them the licences directly and then assist you with the implementation process. We will also establish an agreeable kickback fee as a token of appreciation for your referral. This arrangement allows you to maintain greater flexibility in your customer relationships, while we handle the customer's needs.
