Showing Availabilities

The Scheduler is able to display availabilities just like the regular calendar.

Apply availabilities to the scheduler

To have availabilities loaded into the Scheduler, they need to be marked as included. To do this, go to the relevant availability record(s), and check ‘Include On Scheduler’ (as shown below).

On the Multi Schedule component, if there are no availabilities marked as included, every row will show as closed. To change this behavior, go to the page editor, select the Multi Schedule component, and uncheck the ‘Show Availabilities’ checkbox (as shown below).
