Features

  • Optimized Calendar Layout: We have adjusted the row height for reservations to be more compact, allowing more resources to be visible on the screen at once.

  • Expanded Blueprints Support: Blueprints now support the mapping of additional field types, including Boolean, Date, Time, and Number.

  • Mobile-Responsive Reservation Form: The right-side panel of the reservation form (used for recurring and parent-child reservations) is now fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices and smaller screens.

  • Occupancy Component Visibility: Occupancy percentages are now explicitly displayed directly within the Occupancy component for easier analysis.

  • Enhanced Export Details: When exporting your schedule to Excel or JPG, Resource and Dimension titles are now included in the file.

  • Conflict Rule Ordering: System Administrators can now specify the execution order of conflict rules. This allows for performance optimization by prioritizing rules that are most likely to occur (high hit percentages).

  • One-Way Sync for Outlook & Google: The Outlook & Google Integration now supports a one-way synchronization. This allows for greater flexibility in how data flows between GoMeddo and your external calendars.

  • Reservation Titles: You can now configure reservation titles to display on the same line within the reservation card. This optimization increases the available space on the card, improving readability and information density.

  • GoMeddo Installer and Settings page
    The GoMeddo Installer lets you install and configure all our GoMeddo apps from within one place, making it easier to use.

  • Blueprint Reservations are now support with the Time Slot Picker, basically supporting Parent Child Use-cases.
    This allows you(your customers) to select a single slot using the Time Slot picker, but break it down into smaller reservations for optimized efficiency.

  • Adding feedback button to Calendar and Installer.
    The GoMeddo Feedback button on the Calendar and Settings page (only visible to admins) allows you to give a rating to our product which will help us improve GoMeddo further. 

  • Added a url and description field to both the Staff and the Blueprint object

  • Export to Excel extensions, specifically for full day (cell) buffers

  • It’s now possible using https://gomeddo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BPD/pages/3423666177 to compare reservations in resources in the same parent, let’s say if you want to compare all rooms on one floor or if you want to compare bed inside of a room. You can use the function “overlappingsiblings” to extend in which resources you’ll compare reservations.

  • The calendar is now expanded by default when the user opens the calendar, after this the users last state of the calendar will be remembered when he returns.

  • Changes to reservation duration not being represented properly on the reservation form and in the header

  • The maximum calendar height can now be set as a percentage instead of pixels, providing more dynamic options, you can set this inside of the component on the page layout.

  • Custom form logic now supports parent/child and grouped reservations, allowing you to add or remove child reservations and interact with fields and buttons in grouped mode when using multi select possibilites on the calendars.

  • Improvements have been made to the Time Slot Picker picker to dynamically display columns based on screen size, along with other small visual enhancements for showing timeslots.

  • All fields are now sent to the widget for custom price calculation.

  • You can now customize which fields to display on mini display cards if you use the reservation form in multi-mode.

  • Whether you’re working in Salesforce or within Experience Cloud using a Screen Flow. For instance, if you're using our Time Slot Picker, you typically select a staff member, location, or other key resources that impact your reservation. In the past, you might have used standard Salesforce lists or field pickers for these selections. Now, with our Record Picker (for flows) you can elevate this experience. It provides a more attractive way to display Salesforce records, transforming them into visually engaging “cards” complete with pictures or icons, titles, and descriptions.

  • A new support center feature has been added, accessible through the dropdown menu on the right side of the calendar or by pressing “?”.

    • This feature displays the keyboard shortcuts available in GoMeddo.

    • Admin users now have a shortcut to raise support cases and leave feedback for support cases.

    • Additionally, there is a shortcut to access the documentation space.

  • A bug has been fixed where the services section was appearing incorrectly.

  • The "View in Salesforce" button is now visible on the mobile app.

  • An option has been included to display end times in timeslots for the timeslot picker.

  • Real-time validation no longer identifies conflicts between parent and children.

  • An error message now appears in the timeslot picker when conflict rules are not applied, as the timeslot picker requires conflict rules to function properly.

  • An issue with the QR code URL on reservation contacts has been resolved.

  • Improvements have been made to the user lookup on reservation forms

We made a change that could affect your existing custom form logic. The change was made for Init and Open handlers, if you have a init handlers that should be run when an existing record is opened, these should be changed to open handlers.
