GoMeddo 7.0 moves to second generation Salesforce packaging, so upgrading takes two steps: first to 7.0 on first generation packaging, then to 7.0 on second generation
A new admin setting controls how private events are handled during Outlook and Google Calendar sync, so you can skip them entirely or sync them with their content stripped
Outlook and Google Calendar sync now also picks up events where a synced resource or user is invited but is not the organiser, bringing them in as read-only reservations so bookings made outside GoMeddo no longer create blind spots in availability
A new Force Sync utility lets you trigger a calendar sync for a reservation manually, without having to tweak a field just to push an update
A new calendar setting displays week numbers according to the ISO 8601 standard
The Time Slot Picker on mobile has been redesigned to be more responsive, making it easier to browse and select slots on smaller screens
New special variables in Conflict Rules can look across time, so you can require reservations in the same room to be spaced at least an hour apart, or limit how often a staff member is booked for a certain reservation type in a week
Parent reservations in Parent & Child Reservations can now be made recurring, so both structures can be combined in one booking
Validation messages can now include merge fields, such as the overlapping reservation or resource, so users see exactly what caused a conflict without having to open the record afterwards
Creating a Reservation Blueprint now walks you through a step by step wizard covering type, details, fields and dimension junctions, instead of starting from a blank record page
The GoMeddo Settings page has a new unified navigation menu and an interactive setup guide, and is also where you configure the new SDK integration package and manage your API keys
Admins can preview a configured booking flow directly from the Frontend Builder settings and the Demo Page, including unsaved changes, and resize it to test different screen sizes
Frontend Builder selection steps can now be given configurable filters, letting end users narrow down long lists of options instead of scrolling through everything
A dedicated Frontend Builder Integration User permission set now ships with the managed package and works with the Salesforce Integration User license out of the box
You can now manage multiple integration users per org and assign one to each frontend with its own API key, so access can be revoked for a single frontend without affecting the others
The Frontend Builder Signup use case now supports dimension selection on child reservations, so each attendee can be assigned their own seat, staff member or service, see Configuring Blueprints for the Frontend Builder
GoTallo now supports reactions on messages coming from WhatsApp Cloud
Basic pricing can now be configured directly on a Dimension or Dimension Junction by pointing to a price field and calculation method, without writing Apex, alongside an overhauled custom pricing interface
Blueprints now support a separate Interval, so the spacing between offered timeslots can be set independently of the appointment duration and overlapping start times become possible
A new setting lets you treat soft conflicts as hard conflicts in the availability and timeslot APIs, excluding soft conflicting options across REST endpoints, the Time Slot Picker and the Frontend Builder without changing your Conflict Rules
The formula editor now supports Filter Rules, giving administrators the same syntax checking and field insertion that was already available for Conflict Rules
Google and Outlook calendar sync now ship with standard field mappings for Title, Description and Resource, so new orgs can start syncing without manual configuration
A new GoMeddo Integration User permission set covers the minimum field access needed for standard endpoints and triggers, preventing permission errors for integration users after package upgrades
The GoMeddo Installer now shows the status of the Payments, GoTallo, Floorplan and Subscription extension packages, including an upgrade option when a newer bridge version is available
New settings improve performance on large calendars, giving smoother loading and interaction when working with high volumes of reservations
Blueprints now support default values for Time fields, so recurring start and end times no longer have to be filled in by hand
The Dimension Wizard now creates the required timezone picklist field automatically when configuring a new dimension on a custom object
The horizontal calendar now supports right to left layouts for languages such as Arabic and Hebrew, and adds keyboard navigation and improved screen reader support
The Frontend Builder Timeslot Selection step offers a combined date and timeslot grid, so bookers pick a date and immediately see the available slots for that day in a single view
Field labels on the Frontend Builder Custom Fields and Personal Information steps now support rich text, useful for cases such as a mandatory terms and conditions checkbox with a link to the document
Dimension records on the Frontend Builder Dimension Selection step can now be sorted, surfacing the most relevant options first
Payment status to reservation status mappings are now configurable in GoMeddo Payments, see the Transactions page
Stripe webhooks are now created automatically when setting up GoMeddo Payments, see Configure Stripe
GoTallo now shows an unread message badge and a coloured accent per channel in the Multi Messenger dropdown, so agents can see at a glance which channels need attention
Failed GoTallo message sync logs can now be resynced directly from the Salesforce UI, making it easier to recover from delivery failures without developer help

One-way sync for Outlook and Google Calendar, giving more flexibility in how data flows between GoMeddo and external calendars
Custom Variables in Conflict Rules, allowing cross-reservation comparisons (e.g. compare all rooms in the same city at the same time)
Ranking Rules are now applied when retrieving available dimensions via the REST API, so users see the most relevant options first
Time Slot Picker can be configured to only show top-ranked timeslots, reducing choice overload

Introducing Rulesets , they allow you to specify to which reservations which conflict checking should be applied. For example certain Conflict Rules apply only to a certain reservation type, or different Conflict Rules apply to different locations.
Conflict Rules are now enabled by default for new customers and default rules are added for all customers.
A new Vertical Calendar which allows you to display your resources or staff or any other dimension on the horizontal axis of the calendar and showing time on the vertical axis. For some users and usecases this enhances visibility and improves being able to visualize better when there still room to book something.

You can now multi-select and drag on the calendar to create a reservation with multiple staff, resources, or contacts simultaneously. Use this feature to create one reservation with several attachments, multiple reservations at once, or a parent-child reservation group.
Whether you’re working in Salesforce or within Experience Cloud using a Screen Flow with our record picker, you can elevate this experience. It provides a more attractive way to display Salesforce records, transforming them into visually engaging “cards” complete with pictures or icons, titles, and descriptions.
It’s now possible to do a multi-select/drag on the calendar to create a reservation with multiple staff/resource or contacts at the same time. You can enable this behaviour on any multi calendar linked to a dimension junction.
Overlapping of reservations on the calendar: reservations won’t overlap each other and it is now easier to show more reservations in one line.
Dynamic availability loading allows faster loading of the calendar by dynamically loading in availability using the Load Availabilities Based On View setting.
Split up your reservations using Parent & Child reservations. You can now split your reservations into smaller reservations allowing you to optimize your planning and resource usage.
When using Parent/Child reservation via the API, you can use Reservation Blueprints to help you determine how these Parent Child combinations are created.
Updated Time Slot Picker screen flow component to allow for multiple id’s
