How to use

  1. Go to Setup > Flows

  2. Open GoMeddo - Save Occupancy Data

  3. Click Debug

  4. Unselect Debug pause element behaviour

  5. Click Run. This will create Occupancy records as the scheduled flow would do. The flow can be adjusted or cloned to make your own filters in which records you want to report on. By default it runs on all active resources, but you can easily change this to any other dimension or filter.

  6. Activate the GoMeddo - Save Occupancy Data Lightning Flow.

  7. Go to Reports and open the Occupancy per Resource report in the GoMeddo Public Reports folder. This can be cloned or adjusted as needed as well.

  8. You should be good to go (smile) Of course, feel free to tweak the flow and reports to match your business needs, or reach out to us at presales@gomeddo.com for any remarks or questions!
