You can use Use GoMeddo with the Einstein prediciton builder Prediction Builder to predict Nono-shows, cancelled reserfvations cancellations, or any other valuevalues.
Setup Einstein Predicition Builder
Go Navigate to setup → Einstein prediction builder and Press new prediction Setup > Einstein Prediction Builder and click New Prediction.
Give the prediction a name, for example “No Show Prediction”
Make sure to mark it a Yes/No prediction.
Specify the Reservation object as the object you want to use to predict
You
have to specify Determine which data will be a yes and which data will be a no. So predict data in the past that were no-shows and which data is not a no-show. For example by filtering on the points are yes or no. Then, predict past data that was not a “no-show” and data that is not a “no-show.” For instance, filter based on status.
Make sure to include the relevant fields that are relevant to determining Ensure that the appropriate fields are included to effectively identify which reservations are going likely to be no show-shows.
Specify a score field name:
And Build the model based (top-right):
As part of the model, you might need to include more or less fields. The more diverse the data the better the prediction. This needs tweaking and not a single implementation is similar
