Overview
Easily report on daily occupancy of your resources. This package contains a flow which creates Occupancy records for Active Resources via a daily scheduled job as well as a report that you can amend to match your business case.

Installation
Use this URL to install the GoMeddo - Occupancy package into Production and Developer orgs

How to use
Go to Setup > Flows
Open GoMeddo - Save Occupancy Data
(Optional) In order to get occupancy data straight away, you can perform the following sub steps. If you just want the flow to follow its schedule, you can also proceed to the next step (Activation)
Click Debug
Unselect Debug pause element behaviour
Click Run
This will create Occupancy records as the scheduled flow would do. The flow can be adjusted or cloned to make your own filters in which records you want to report on. By default it runs on all active resources, but you can easily change this to any other dimension or filter.
Activate the GoMeddo - Save Occupancy Data Lightning Flow.
Go to Reports and open the Occupancy per Resource report in the GoMeddo Public Reports folder. This can be cloned or adjusted as needed as well.
