Request WeChat account

For non production usage a sandbox account kan be requested. You will need a phone with an activated WeChat account though to approve. Use the following link:

The QR code you’ll receive needs to be scanned by an already register WeChat account via the App.

Get the necessary information

Please send us the following information once you’ve logged in:

  • the account name (top right corner)

  • the appID and the appsecret

 

Please provide this information to support Gen25 by emailing support@gen25.com.

Activating the webhook

Support will provide you in return with the following information.

  • the url

  • the token

 

Then you will be able to activate the webhook using that information.

Production

The process for production is the same as for the Sandbox. Please provide us with the information, we will return you the url and the Token.
